Saudi Arabia's B2B platform.

Luzan is a cloud-based B2B platform transforming how retailers and vendors transact across Saudi Arabia's FMCG supply chain. We designed and built a complete digital experience, website, product storytelling, and bilingual interface, for a platform that combines marketplace, embedded finance powered by Al Rajhi Bank, and AP/AR automation into a single transaction engine.

The background

Saudi Arabia's FMCG supply chain has historically operated on fragmented, manual processes. Independent retailers rely on phone calls, in-person visits, and paper invoices to source products from wholesalers and distributors. Vendors struggle with limited market access, slow payment cycles, and dependency on third-party logistics providers. Cash flow is the constant bottleneck, retailers need credit to stock shelves, and vendors need fast payments to keep operations running.

Luzan was built to solve the entire lifecycle. It's a cloud-based platform that connects buyers and suppliers, enabling them to collaborate through digital invoicing, payments, and procurement, all in one place. The platform combines three core capabilities: a B2B marketplace connecting retailers to a wide network of FMCG suppliers with flexible pricing and vendor-managed delivery; embedded finance powered by Al Rajhi Bank, giving retailers access to flexible credit and vendors instant payments; and AP/AR automation that eliminates manual invoicing, payment reconciliation, and compliance paperwork.

The platform also includes a mobile app (iOS and Android) for on-the-go ordering, real-time inventory visibility, logistics tracking, and data-driven analytics, giving both sides of the transaction the tools to operate more efficiently in a market that's moving rapidly toward digitization under Saudi Vision 2030.

The challenge

Luzan's product is powerful but complex. It serves three distinct user types, retailers, vendors, and bulk wholesalers, each with different pain points, different workflows, and different reasons to adopt. The website needed to speak to all three without diluting the message for any of them.

Several layers made this harder. The B2B fintech space in Saudi Arabia is competitive and fast-moving, platforms like Sary and others are well-funded and well-known. Luzan needed to differentiate on capability, not just presence. The product itself spans three verticals (marketplace, finance, automation) that are typically sold as separate solutions by separate companies. Communicating the value of an all-in-one platform without overwhelming visitors required precise information architecture and clear visual storytelling. The site also needed to work flawlessly in both English and Arabic, not just translated, but culturally adapted with full RTL support. And finally, the Al Rajhi Bank partnership is a major trust signal for the Saudi market, but it needed to be integrated naturally into the product narrative rather than treated as a standalone badge.

The brief was to build a website that could educate, segment, and convert, turning a multi-product B2B platform into a clear, compelling story for every visitor type.

The solution

Keeways partnered with Luzan's team to design a digital experience that transforms a complex B2B platform into an intuitive, conversion-ready website, built for Saudi Arabia's FMCG market.

01

We started with information architecture. Luzan's three core products, Marketplace, Source to Pay, and B2B Payments, each needed their own narrative space, but the overarching message had to land first: this is one platform that handles the entire transaction lifecycle. We structured the homepage around a progressive disclosure pattern, opening with the unified value proposition (“All in one platform”) before breaking into the three pillars. Each product section leads with the problem it solves, then shows how Luzan solves it, keeping the storytelling grounded in real retailer and vendor pain points rather than abstract feature descriptions.

02

The visual system we developed is clean, modern, and data-rich. We used custom SVG illustrations and animated product diagrams to make abstract concepts, payment flows, supply chain logistics, invoice automation, feel tangible and understandable. The “How It Works” section walks visitors through four clear steps (Sign Up, Connect, Automate, Monitor) with visual cues that map directly to the platform experience. The color system uses teal and green accents against light backgrounds, signaling fintech trust and freshness while differentiating Luzan from the darker, more corporate aesthetics common in B2B.

03

Audience segmentation was baked into the navigation. Dedicated service pages for bulk wholesalers, vendors, and wholesalers let each user type find their specific value proposition without navigating irrelevant content. The “Solutions For” dropdowns under each product category create clear pathways, a retailer lands on the marketplace section and immediately sees pages tailored to their use case: easy vendor discovery, reduced logistics costs, flexible financing. A vendor sees increased market access and faster payments. This segmentation means the same homepage serves three audiences without compromising clarity for any of them

04

The site was built fully bilingual in Webflow, English and Arabic, with proper RTL layout support, culturally adapted copy, and consistent design quality across both languages. The Al Rajhi Bank partnership is woven into the embedded finance sections as a co-branded trust element, reinforcing credibility without overpowering Luzan's own brand. The mobile app download CTAs (App Store and Google Play) are placed strategically at conversion points, driving adoption of the platform's on-the-go experience alongside the web interface.
