Your personal florist, in your pocket.
Rosanii is a flower delivery app that lets users design custom bouquets, add personal touches like perfumes, chocolates, and handwritten letters, and deliver them to anyone's door. We designed and developed the full product, customer app, driver admin panel, and the complete gifting experience, from concept to App Store and Google Play.

The background
Sending flowers should feel as thoughtful as the gesture itself. But most flower delivery services reduce the experience to a catalogue pick and a checkout form, functional but impersonal. There’s no room for creativity, no space for a personal message that goes beyond a generic card, and no way to pair flowers with the kind of extras that make a gift feel truly curated.
Rosanii was conceived to change that. The vision was a mobile-first platform that puts the customer in the role of florist, letting them design their own bouquet from scratch, choose the flowers, select the wrapping style and paper color, and then layer on personal touches: a handwritten letter, a perfume, chocolates, or other add-ons that transform a bouquet into a complete gift. Once the creation is ready, the customer specifies the delivery location and recipient, and Rosanii handles the rest.
The product needed to serve two sides: the customer, who wants an elegant, intuitive creation and gifting experience, and the operations team, who needs a reliable system for managing orders, assigning drivers, and tracking deliveries in real time.
The challenge
Building Rosanii wasn’t a standard e-commerce project. The core challenge was designing a product that balances creative freedom with operational simplicity, letting users build something deeply personal without making the process feel complex or time-consuming.
Several design problems compounded this. The bouquet customization flow had to guide users through multiple decisions, flower type, style, wrapping paper, colors, add-ons, and personalization, without feeling like a form. Each step needed to feel like a creative choice, not a configuration screen. The add-on system (perfumes, chocolates, letters) needed to integrate naturally into the flow rather than being bolted on as afterthoughts at checkout. The delivery experience had to support gifting to someone else, meaning the address, occasion, and scheduling UX needed to account for the emotional context of sending a gift, not just the logistics of receiving a package.
On the operations side, the driver admin panel needed to handle real-time order assignment, route visibility, delivery status updates, and customer contact, without requiring training or onboarding. Drivers needed to pick up, navigate, and confirm deliveries with minimal friction, especially during peak gifting occasions when order volume spikes.
And all of this needed to work across both iOS and Android, with a visual identity that felt premium, elegant, and aligned with the emotional weight of sending flowers to someone you care about.
The solution
Keeways designed and developed the entire Rosanii product, from the customer experience to the driver logistics, creating a unbroken chain from bouquet creation to doorstep delivery.
We designed the bouquet builder as a guided creative journey, not a product configurator. Each step, choose your flowers, select the style, pick the paper, decide on colors, is presented as its own moment, with clear visual cues and previews that show the bouquet taking shape. The flow feels like designing something personal rather than filling out a form. We deliberately limited the number of choices at each step to prevent decision fatigue while still offering meaningful customization. The result is a process that takes under two minutes but feels considered and intentional.
The personal touches layer was designed to feel like a natural extension of the bouquet creation, not a separate upsell. After building the bouquet, users are invited to add a handwritten letter, select a perfume, or include chocolates, each presented as a way to make the gift more complete. The UI treats these extras as finishing touches rather than add-to-cart items, maintaining the emotional tone of the experience. This approach also increased average order value organically, because users feel they’re completing a gift rather than being sold additional products.
The delivery flow was built specifically for the gifting use case. Unlike standard e-commerce checkouts where you’re shipping to yourself, Rosanii’s flow centers the recipient. Users specify who the gift is for, what the occasion is, and when it should arrive, with the scheduling and address inputs designed to feel like part of the storytelling, not logistics. Push notifications keep the sender informed at every stage: order confirmed, bouquet prepared, out for delivery, and delivered. This transparency is critical for gift senders who can’t physically see the delivery happen.
On the operations side, we built a dedicated driver admin app that gives delivery drivers everything they need in a single view: active order queue, recipient details, delivery address with integrated navigation, customer contact options, and a one-tap delivery confirmation. The panel was designed for speed and clarity, drivers can accept, navigate, and complete deliveries with minimal interaction, which is essential during high-volume periods like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and holidays when every minute counts.
Results
The product we launched turns sending flowers into something users want to share. From first install to peak gifting holidays, Rosanii now handles the full lifecycle of a gift with the craft, speed, and reliability the gesture deserves.
A bouquet builder that feels like designing, not shopping
The step-by-step customization flow guides users through flower selection, wrapping, colors, and personal touches, creating a bouquet in under two minutes that feels uniquely theirs.
Gifting extras that complete the moment
Perfumes, chocolates, and handwritten letters are woven into the creation flow as finishing touches, not afterthoughts. The result is a higher average order value driven by emotional connection, not upsell mechanics.
Two apps, one unified experience
The customer app and driver admin panel work in tandem, from the moment a bouquet is created to the moment it’s delivered. Real-time tracking, push notifications, and one-tap delivery confirmation keep both sides of the experience connected.
Built for the moments that matter
Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries, Rosanii was designed to handle the peak moments when gifting volume spikes, with a driver system built for speed and a customer experience built for emotion.
