The background
Jordy Kool is not a typical consultant. Over 30 years, he has built, scaled, and transformed businesses across industries, from IT and telecom to health and wellness, operating at the intersection of strategy and execution across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.
His track record speaks in numbers. He led an organization’s growth from $55 million to $1 billion through foreign expansion, strategic M&A, and new business lines. He executed over 50 acquisitions across various firms, increasing equity value from €17 million to €600 million. At Infotheek Group, he drove EBITDA from €3 million to €45 million through strategic IT initiatives. More recently, he scaled Urban Gym Group from 6 sites to 50, expanding the brand internationally.
The challenge
Iron Advisory needed a modern website to match Jordy’s expertise and connect with high-profile clients. The existing digital presence didn’t reflect the caliber of work being delivered, billion-dollar growth trajectories, 50+ acquisitions, and advisory relationships with global brands.
The challenge had several layers. The primary audience, CEOs, founders, private equity partners, and board members, has almost no tolerance for generic consulting websites. They evaluate credibility in seconds. The site needed to communicate authority without arrogance, and depth without overwhelming. Iron Advisory offers four distinct services, advisory, M&A expertise, leadership coaching, and business sell strategy, each requiring its own narrative while maintaining a cohesive brand experience. And practically, Jordy needed a platform he could manage and update independently as his practice evolved, without relying on developers for every content change.
The brief was to build something that felt premium and intentional, a digital presence that a CEO would take seriously at first glance and a site that would generate inbound inquiries rather than sit static.
The solution
Keeways worked closely with Jordy Kool to build a digital experience that translated three decades of business leadership into a website that earns trust in seconds.
We started with the narrative structure. Rather than organizing the site around generic service descriptions, we built it around proof, Jordy’s actual track record. The “Advisory Across Industries” section leads with hard numbers: $55M to $1B growth, 50+ acquisitions, €17M to €600M equity value, 6 to 50 sites. These aren’t marketing claims; they’re career milestones. By anchoring every section in measurable outcomes, we gave the site the kind of weight that resonates with C-suite visitors who evaluate advisors the same way they evaluate investments, on results.
The visual language is deliberately monochromatic and premium, dark backgrounds, clean typography, and subtle 3D elements that give the site a tactile, almost physical presence. We introduced 3D-rendered accents and animated transitions that mirror the “Learn, Absorb, Transform” philosophy: content reveals progressively as visitors scroll, mimicking the process of absorbing insight before taking action. Every animation serves a purpose, building narrative momentum rather than decorating the page.
The client testimonial system was designed as social proof architecture, not a standard carousel. Quotes from former executives at HP, managing directors, founders, and corporate finance leaders are presented with LinkedIn-linked profiles, creating a verifiable trust layer. Visitors can see exactly who endorses Jordy and confirm it with one click. For an advisory practice where referral and reputation are everything, this section does more selling than any feature description could.
On the technical side, we built the entire site in Webflow with a CMS-powered backend that gives Jordy full control over content updates, adding new testimonials, updating case metrics, or publishing new service pages, without touching code. The “Trusted by Global Brands” logo wall (Nestlé, HP, Urban Gym Group, IMD, Erasmus University) is CMS-managed, making it easy to add new clients as the practice grows. The site is fast, responsive, and built to evolve alongside the business.
Results
The redesigned platform gave Iron Advisory the digital authority it needed to match three decades of real-world results. What was previously a word-of-mouth practice now has a front door that converts attention into qualified conversations:
Enhanced credibility
The premium design and data-led storytelling elevated Iron Advisory’s brand perception with high-profile clients. CEOs and board members now encounter a digital experience that matches the seriousness of the advisory work.
CMS-powered efficiency
Webflow’s CMS integration made content updates effortless. Jordy can add testimonials, update metrics, and manage service pages independently, keeping the site current without developer dependencies.
Increased consulting inquiries
The new site shifted Iron Advisory from a referral-only practice to an inbound-generating platform. The combination of clear service architecture, verifiable social proof, and strategic CTAs drove a measurable increase in new business inquiries.
